Kim Rivers currently serves as chief executive officer of Trulieve Cannabis Corp., a vertically-integrated "seed-to-sale" operation based in Florida. Rivers joined Trulieve at its inception and has been the key driver for the Company’s customer-centric vision, strong growth, strategic expansion, and industry-leading profitability. Ms. Rivers oversees every activity involved with the cannabis process from seed to sale to ensure quality, operational integrity and financial success. Prior to Trulieve, Ms. Rivers spent several years in private practice as a lawyer where she specialized in mergers, acquisitions, and securities for multi-million dollar companies and has run a number of successful businesses from real estate to finance. Her experience has been instrumental in building Trulieve’s market leading position in its home state of Florida and provides the solid foundation on which to execute on growth and expansion initiatives as a multi-state operator.
Ms. Rivers also plays an active role in her community in addition to serving on numerous charitable boards. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Multinational Business and Political Science from Florida State University, where she also served as FSU’s student body President, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida.


Co-Owner/President of Simpson Nurseries of Florida and Co-Owner/President of Simpson Nurseries of Tennessee where he develops and implements strategic vision while monitoring the market for opportunities for growth and expansion. Responsible for all sales operations, production, and inventory tracking. Serves all major mass merchants from Texas to the eastern seaboard and in between. Under his guidance and oversight, the company has more than doubled their annual sales.
Beshears is a graduate of Executive Academy for Growth & Leadership, Texas A&M University of College Station, TX, as well as Wedgworth Leadership Institute for Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Florida. Beshears is a founding member of Trulieve.

Attorney at a leading law firm in San Francisco, CA. Healy manages a corporate practice focused on capital markets, M&A, and private equity transactions. Clients include corporate issuers, well-known Wall Street underwriters, and private equity firms. Healy has represented many issuers and underwriters in public offerings and private placements, private equity firms and sovereign wealth funds in their investment activities, and corporate boards in governance matters and strategic transactions. Healy has lectured on topics relevant to leading corporate lawyers and has been recognized as a leading lawyer in many leading publications. Healy has a BS degree from Santa Clara University, an MBA degree (with distinction) from Cornell University, and a JD degree from the University of California, Hastings.



Jane Morreau is a seasoned global finance executive with a broad skillset and expertise that also includes supply chain management, manufacturing operations, information technology, retail operations, mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy. Ms. Morreau is currently employed as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Brown-Forman Corporation, a position she has held since 2014.
