In operating as one team we share a core value that embraces diversity, takes meaningful action to support social equity, encourages inclusivity, and celebrates our unique set of experiences and perspectives. We believe that by valuing our teammates, operating with trust and integrity, and cultivating opportunities for access, we will build a stronger and more empathetic culture.

This commitment is evident in who we are as a company -- from the majority minority communities we operation in, to the support we give social equity businesses and operations, veterans, and LGBTQ+ communities, to the way we hire and ensure racial and gender equality throughout our organization. This focus on diversity and inclusion provides an ability to draw on a diverse set of viewpoints and allows us to create authentic interactions for positive impact within the communities in which we operate.

The Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Committee at Trulieve develops and oversees implementation of policies and initiatives aimed at promoting and protecting diversity, equity, and inclusion in four core areas:

  • Workforce Development
  • Events & Partnerships
  • Supplier Diversity, and
  • Social Equity

Partnerships and Sponsorships

Trulieve has a history of sponsoring and partnering with a wide array of organizations that support our minority, veteran, disabled, and the LTBGQ+ communities. As the company continues to expand as a Multi-State Operator (MSO) we are also expanding our outreach and broadening our support into new states. This includes partnering with organizations to support the good work they are doing as well as philanthropic efforts where we provide charitable donations and financial gifts.
