Ronda Sheffield PhD
Dr. Sheffield has over 20 years' experience in various human resources executive and senior leadership roles for diverse organizations. As a Human Resources Executive for numerous companies, Dr. Sheffield has helped to accelerate HR transformation through leadership, differentiated talent models, attracting and developing the best talent and building a culture of engagement, agility, and innovation.
Dr. Sheffield has held HR leadership roles with Modwash, Lowe’s, Sprint Wireless, Starbucks Coffee Company, and Walmart Stores where she led the HR functions for both the corporate and retail divisions. Dr. Sheffield graduated from University of West Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and with a Master of Art in Sociology. She graduated from Georgia State University with a Doctorate in Psychology. Dr. Sheffield sits on the board of directors for the University of West Georgia, the Advisory Board for Joyable, is a member of SHRM Atlanta, Human Resources People and Strategy (HRPS), Human Resource Leadership Forum and is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
