Kim Rivers
Founder, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer

Kim Rivers currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Trulieve Cannabis Corp., a vertically-integrated "seed-to-sale" operation based in Florida. Rivers joined Trulieve at its inception and has been the key driver for the Company’s customer-centric vision, strong growth, strategic expansion, and industry-leading profitability. Ms. Rivers oversees every activity involved with the cannabis process from seed to sale to ensure quality, operational integrity and financial success. 

Prior to Trulieve, Ms. Rivers spent several years in private practice as a lawyer where she specialized in mergers, acquisitions, and securities for multi-million dollar companies and has run a number of successful businesses from real estate to finance. Her experience has been instrumental in building Trulieve’s market leading position in its home state of Florida and provides the solid foundation on which to execute on growth and expansion initiatives as a multi-state operator.

Ms. Rivers also plays an active role in her community in addition to serving on numerous charitable boards. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Multinational Business and Political Science from Florida State University, where she also served as FSU’s student body President, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida.

Alex D'Amico
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. D’Amico brings over 20 years of accounting and finance experience in technology, healthcare, entertainment and advertising. He has held several senior finance and executive roles at public companies such as Cognizant, Quest Diagnostics, Synvista Therapeutics and Telaria.  Mr. D’Amico is a growth-oriented business leader with a unique ability to scale an organization cross-functionally while operating in a public landscape.  He has an extensive history of assembling high-powered teams and driving toward strategic initiatives.

D'Amico was a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Rutgers University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International.

Steve White
President
 
Mr. White co-founded Harvest Health & Recreation in 2011 and served as Chief Executive Officer until the acquisition of the company by Trulieve. As an early pioneer in the U.S. legal cannabis industry, Mr. White led the company as it grew from a single dispensary to become one of the top multi-state operators with cultivation, manufacturing, and retail operations in several markets. Mr. White spearheaded one of the industry’s most successful license application teams, paving the way for rapid growth through organic license awards and capital efficient expansion. As a former litigator, Steve White successfully navigated the complex patchwork of different regulatory regimes across various U.S. markets while advocating for expanded access to cannabis for patients and adult use consumers. Steve White serves as a member of the board of the charitable organization Harvesting Hope. Mr. White graduated from Arizona State University Honors College summa cum laude with a B.S. in Political Science and earned a Juris Doctorate from Washington & Lee University, School of Law.
Kyle Landrum
Chief Production Officer
 
Mr. Landrum has over 14 years of experience in management and multi-state operations. Mr. Landrum graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics with a minor in Entrepreneurship and a Master’s degree in Agricultural Education and Leadership.
Tim Morey
Chief Sales Officer

Mr. Morey brings over 20 years of retail leadership and operations experience in a variety of leadership and executive roles including Region Vice President with Foot Locker,  District Sales Manager at Gamestop, and Sr. Operations Director with Finish Line.  As a mentor and coach, Mr. Morey has proven abilities to attract, develop, and retain top-performing sales teams.  Mr. Morey  has achieved awards for Region of the Year and District Team of the year, in addition to coaching and leadership awards throughout his career.

Eric Powers
Chief Legal Officer
 
Mr. Powers has over 25 years of broad legal experience with a background in corporate and tax law, having served as both in-house counsel and in private practice. He previously served as Vice President and Corporate Secretary for a >$1 billion revenue publicly traded insurance industry company. Mr. Powers earned a B.A. in History from Auburn University, Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama, and Master of Law (L.L.M) in taxation from New York University.

Gina Collins is a proven and award-winning brand leader with a long pedigree of success  conceptualizing and executing marketing and communication strategies for preeminent organizations across a broad range of consumer  categories – including Coca-Cola, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Outback Steakhouse and Magical Brands. A thought leader in aligning corporate goals with innovative strategies that contribute to revenue growth, customer loyalty,  operational efficiency, and global brand awareness. She is passionate about building and ensuring brand value at all stages of product development and effectively maximizes the potential for each concept through mindful consideration and integration of the consumer voice.
Nilyum Jhala
Chief Technology Officer
 
Mr. Jhala has over 20 years' experience in information technology roles at large public and private high tech and national CPG companies. He has experience across business and technical domains including digital and back office transformation, ecommerce, IT architecture and business processes.  Mr. Jhala previously held leadership positions at companies including Hallmark Cards, Dollar Tree Inc,  Lowes, and Office Depot.   Mr. Jhala earned a B.E. in Electronics and Communications with Honors from Barkatullah University in India and a M.S. Computer and Information Systems,  degree from the University of South Alabama.
Jason Pernell
Chief Information Officer
 

With almost two decades experience as an entrepreneur, Mr. Pernell has been instrumental in developing critical data systems at Trulieve. Mr. Pernell has medical cannabis industry experience as a business owner in California and Oregon. For the past decade, he has owned and operated successful engineering consulting firms. Mr. Pernell earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Florida State University.
